Cancellation Policy

Because we are by appointment only, our cancellation policy is in effect and your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you. Please review our cancellation policy below. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24-hour notice. Please call us at 714-725-7546 to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may leave a voicemail message. Sorry, however, email cancellations are not accepted.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:

MORE THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE GIVEN:  Appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge
LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE GIVEN:  50% of the total service price will be charged
FAILURE TO SHOW WITHOUT NOTICE: 50% of the total service price will be charged

Please understand that arriving late to your appointment may limit the time available for your service. Your timely arrival is appreciated.

Refunds

You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services. We only accept refunds or exchanges on our Skincare products. If you are unhappy with your eyelash extension service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute express lash touch up if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last lash appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper lash aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.

Kids

While we absolutely adore children, for your safety, your child's safety, and timeliness, we are not able to accommodate having children accompanied with you at your appointment. 

Cellphones and Talking during Lash Appointments

While we understand an emergency may arise during your visit to our studio, please put your cellphone on vibrate or silence during your treatment/lash appointment.

We will be enforcing our NO TALKING POLICY while getting Eyelash Extensions. THIS IS FOR YOUR SAFETY!
The last thing we want is to cause trauma to your eyes. When you talk, naturally your cheeks move and we don't want the eye pads moving around as well as it is difficult to lash a moving target!

Please know, it is not that we are being unsociable but that we are doing this for your safety and the health of your eyes and lashes. We want to provide you with our best work which means we need concentration. Quality and Customer Service is number one in our books!
