Cancellation Policy

Because we are by appointment only, our cancellation policy is in effect and your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you. Please review our cancellation policy below. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 48-hour notice. Please call us at 714-725-7546 to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may leave a voicemail message. Sorry, however, email cancellations are not accepted.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:

MORE THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE GIVEN:  Appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge
LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE GIVEN:  50% of the total service price will be charged
FAILURE TO SHOW WITHOUT NOTICE: 100% of the total service price will be charged
COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES/GIVEAWAYS: Because there is no service charge related to a complementary service or giveaway, you will not be charged a cancellation/no show fee, however, you will forfeit your complementary service for violation of the cancellation policy.

Please understand that arriving late to your appointment may limit the time available for your service. Your timely arrival is appreciated.

Refunds

You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services. We only accept refunds or exchanges on our Skincare products within 7 days and the product must be more than 3/4 full.

Kids

While we absolutely adore children, for your safety, your child's safety, and timeliness, we are not able to accommodate having children accompanied with you at your appointment.
